- We comply with the GDPR and any data kept by us is held on the Legitimate Interest or Contract basis as provided in the GDPR – and is only such data – typically name, email, phone number and address – necessary for us to contact you. - Unit prices are reflective of a 24 hour hire period.
- Greathire Ltd will only consider a job confirmed if we have received a signed copy of the booking confirmation/pro forma invoice either by a scan or photo attached to an email, or by post.
- Invoices/VAT receipts will be issued from Greathire Ltd. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card (fees may apply), or cheque to Greathire Ltd.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the booking and the balance is due in full prior to delivery.
- A refundable security deposit may be requested before delivery.
- The customer named on the booking confirmation is responsible for the furniture and any damages that occur.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to have a representative on site to accept, check and sign for the furniture on delivery and collection.
- Hired goods remain the property of Greathire Ltd at all times.
- Clients should insure against all risks including, but not limited to, the full replacement value of the items on hire.
- 72 hours notice must be given for cancellation on all bookings or the order will be charged in full. Confirmed bespoke orders can NOT be cancelled.
- Should a loading dock or sufficient parking not be available on delivery or collection, additional charges may be incurred and invoiced separately.
- An additional £80.00 per hour wait time will apply if the event space is not available for set up or break down as per the timings stated on the booking confirmation.
- An additional full day hire fee will apply if items are not ready for pick up on the date/time stated on the booking confirmation.
- Replacement cost for lost or damaged furniture will be invoiced at our discretion.
- Nothing can be attached to the furniture without permission from Greathire Ltd, this includes vinyl stickers. Charges to clean, repair or replace may apply.
- Furniture can not be moved or stacked other than by the Greathire Team without our permission.
- On site Greathire Ltd is only responsible for loss or damage whilst the furniture is in our possession.
- Without prejudice, Greathire Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the property, by an inadequacy of the property of any defect in the property, or by an incident in connection with the property.
- Indemnity. I shall indemnify Greathire Ltd from and against any and all claims, demand, costs and judgment arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the operation, possession, or use of the hired products.
